Mr. Richard Thommeret

Vinyloop / Communication Manager

After a Chemical Engineering degree (FR) and a Master of Science (UK) obtained in 1984, Mr. Richard Tommeret spent 4 years in cosmetic products as Product Development Manager in Paris. Since 1990 he is employed by Solvay in Brussels and has worked in the field of polymers, from engineering polymers to PVC, helding different positions such as research chemist, customer technical service, R&D Manager, Market development Manager. Mr. Richard Tommeret is now Marketing Manager for SolVin in charge of communication and advocacy for PVC in Europe. He is also Professor in Plastic Technology in Industrial Design & Interior Architecture at La Cambre (University of Brussels).
