İhsan Necipoğlu

İhsan Necipoğlu is the President of Dow Turkey and Central Asia and a member of the Dow Middle East, North Africa, Turkey and India leadership team. Necipoğlu is responsible for defining and driving the strategies of the region, and for collaborating with commercial and functional teams. Necipoğlu joined Dow Turkey in 1983 as a Sales Manager in plastics. He has held a variety of domestic and International positions in the company over the more than 30 years of his career.Prior to being appointed to his existing role in January 2012, Necipoğlu was Sales Director of Styrenics and Performance Materials for Dow Middle East, Africa, India, and Eastern Europe, and was also head of Turkish operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering with Polymers from the University of Manchester and a Master of Science in Polymers for Advanced Technologies from the University of Sheffield in the UK. Necipoğlu is a board member of The American Business Forum in Turkey (AmCham Turkey or ABFT) and the International Investors Association of Turkey (YASED).
