Alper KALAYCI

Born in Ankara in 1973, Alper Kalaycı; He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Bolu. Kalaycı graduated from Dokuz Eylul University Mechanical Engineering Department in 1998 and started his career as the installation and maintenance engineer of Turkey's first wind power plants between 1998-2001. Starting from December 2001, Kalaycı started to work at Enercon Aero Wind Industry, which produces Turkey's first composite wind turbine blade in the Aegean Free Zone, and has been the General Manager of the same company since 2009. Alper Kalaycı, who is also the General Manager of WEC Kule, which produces wind turbine concrete towers in Torbalı, İzmir; continues to serve as İzmir Chamber of Commerce (İZTO) Renewable Energy Working Group Membership, Aegean Region Chamber of Industry (EBSO) 31st Other Plastic Products Professional Committee Chairman, Offshore Wind Energy Association (DURED) Board Member, Composite Industrialists Association Board Member, Aegean Free Zone Industrialists and Businessmen's Association (ESBİAD) and the Western Anatolian Federation of Industrialists' and Businessmen's Associations (BASİFED). Alper Kalaycı, who was among the founding staff of the Energy Industrialists and Businessmen's Association (ENSİA) in 2016, has been serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the association as of March 2021. Kalaycı, who is interested in basketball and spearfishing, is fluent in English and German, is married and has a child.
