Ali KANTUR

Born in Izmir in 1949, Ali Kantur graduated from METU Industrial Engineering Department in 1970 and completed his master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration at Syracuse University (USA) in 1972. Kantur, who did his military service as a reserve officer at the General Staff Information Processing Center between 1972 and 1974, was a part-time lecturer at METU Industrial Engineering Department between 1973-1977, and at Gazi University between 1973-1978 in the master's program.

He resigned from his position as company manager at Tepe Group Companies in 1974, as Managing Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors in 2004.

Ali Kantur continues to serve as Kantur & Akdaş İnş. Gıda Paz. San. ve Tic. A.Ş. Chairman of the Board of Directors, GPG İnş. Eml. Turz. Mim. Pro. Enerj. Mak. San. Tic. A.Ş. Chairman of the Board of Directors, ITC-Adana Enerji Üretim San. ve Tic. A.Ş. Chairman of the Board of Directors, Akdaş Döküm San. ve Tic. A.Ş. of the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, İşbir Holding Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of TOBB Waste and Recycling Industry Council.
