3M / Global Business Director

Douglas Rowen is currently the Global Business Director for Specialty Additives in the Energy and Advanced Materials Division of 3M Company. He is responsible for the vision, strategic direction, and global business operations for glass bubbles and other additive technologies for various markets including plastics and rubber, oil & gas, and construction. Prior to joining 3M Company, he worked as an automotive engineer at General Motors in Detroit, Michigan. He holds a BS degree in electrical engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School in Boston, MA, USA
