Zafer Soylu

 Zafer SOYLU was born on July 26, 1974 in Ankara. Mr. SOYLU graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of International Relations in 1997. Mr. SOYLU received a master's degree in International Economics from the University of Illinois in the United States in 2006. Mr. SOYLU started to work as an Assistant Foreign Trade Specialist at the Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade in 1997. Mr. SOYLU served as a Foreign Trade Specialist between 2001-2007 and Department Chief between 2007-2009.

Zafer SOYLU has represented the Republic of Türkiye as a Commercial Counselor at Turkish Embassy in Sofia between 2009-2014. Respectively, Mr. Soylu served as the Head of Department between 2014-2016, the Deputy Director between 2016-2017 and the Director-General between 2017-2018 at the General Directorate of Product Safety and Inspection of the Turkish Ministry of Economy.
  
Since July 5, 2018, Zafer SOYLU has been serving as the Chairman of the Board at Halal Accreditation Agency.
