Didem Köksal

Didem Köksal is the Group Manager of In-Flight Sales and Services at Pegasus Air Transport. She graduated from Bahçeşehir University with a master's degree in business administration in the field of inflight sales revenues. She started her career in aviation in 1996. He worked in different departments in domestic and foreign airlines. As of 2007, he led the establishment of the Inflight Sales & Services Department at Pegasus Airlines and continues to work in this department. He is still actively involved in the creation of onboard sales and preorder systems, the first example of low-cost airline transport in Turkey, the development of in-cabin sales applications and products, and sustainability studies in parallel with these applications.
