Born in 1959 in Kayseri, Mustafa Tacir graduated from the Superior School of Commerce in Switzerland. He is currently the Vice-Chairperson of the Sümer Plastik ve Kağıt San. Tic. A.Ş. Board of Directors, Chairperson of the TOBB Packaging Assembly, Member of the TOBB Plastics Assembly, Member of the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce Assembly, Board of Directors Member of the Packaging Manufacturers Association, and Board of Directors Member of the Flexible Packaging Manufacturers Association.
